Unpleasant odors in non-smoking rooms detracted from comfort!!! Connectivity issues with TV channels and unreliable Wi-Fi made for frustrating moments!!! Parking difficulties during busy times could be improved for better convenience!!!

the room cards just kept failing us, like who doesn’t check that before guests arrive? And don’t even get me started on the breakfast. running out of food while people were still coming in? I expected at least some appreciation for my stay, maybe an upgrade or a complimentary gift, but nope, just disappointment. almost left a good review, but couldn’t.

For a quick snack after a long day, head to the hotel for their complimentary evening reception from 5:30 – 7:00 PM for a variety of food options.

The deluxe king room was exceptionally clean and spacious, providing a very comfortable stay. Staff made me feel at home with their attentiveness, especially at breakfast where the variety was impressive. I really enjoyed the hot breakfast options, which exceeded my expectations for a hotel meal. The indoor pool was another highlight, offering a relaxing way to unwind after a busy day.

The only downside was the limited parking spaces available when I arrived.

The stay included a lovely indoor-outdoor pool that was a hit with the kids, providing a fun way to cool off. Breakfast options were impressive, featuring delicious fruit salads that started the day right. Unfortunately, some amenities fell short. there were issues with the heating in the pool area, and it was disappointing that the coffee machines were out of service during my visit. Additionally, I encountered delays in receiving housekeeping services, which affected the overall comfort of my stay.

We had a fantastic time visiting the Saint Louis Zoo, which was a hit with the kids and our two dogs loved the spacious room. The suites are perfect for families, featuring soft beds and a clean bathroom. Plus, the convenience of a mini fridge was a bonus.

My children wished for longer breakfast hours for families.
